The property is now restricted at 40%, 50%, and 60% AMI, ensuring stable housing opportunities for working families, seniors, and residents on fixed incomes. CHS is implementing a phased improvement plan that includes roof and elevator upgrades, expanded resident services, and new community programming designed to support long-term health, stability, and resident engagement.
